Is InTheLadiesRoom a menopause brand?
Yes, but not the kind that announces your medical history across the room. The humor works first. The meaning lands a beat later, for the people in on it.

Are the products made to order?
Yes. Each piece is produced after purchase, which lets us offer considered designs without manufacturing excess inventory.

When will my order arrive?
Your order requires a short production period before shipping. The estimated delivery window appears during checkout, and tracking is sent by email when the order leaves production.

Will multiple items arrive together?
Not always. Different products may be produced in different facilities and can arrive in separate packages.

Do you accept returns?
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect color selection, or fit. If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right.

Do you ship internationally?
Not during this first edit. We currently ship within the United States.

How should I care for my item?
Care instructions appear on each product page. Please follow them; excellent taste still requires maintenance.
